Since 1989, we have been making delicious French Breads and pastries. Our Bakery is located in Chester. We use a wood fired oven and prepare our breads the old fashioned way. The long slow fermentation produces a better crust and chew and is worth waiting for. About half our breads are made with no yeast and just sourdough. The starter is about 26 years old and named Baby.
The Frenchman makes world renowned butter croissants and the almond croissants are pretty darn delicious too.
